Long Island, like our country at large, has been rapidly diversifying with newcomers of different faiths, nationalities, income-levels, sexualities and points of view.
How can we support one another even as we come together from diverse points of view? What can we do locally to impact change without getting bogged down by the dispiriting headline of the day?
Long Island Together, based in Port Washington, NY, is a community of activists working together on issues of equity, access and social justice. Join us to make a difference!
